What is the difference?

RL means you can only adjust the compression threshold with an Allen key, after removing a small rubber bung.
RLT means you can adjust the compression damping on the fly with your finger and thumb by twiddling a small external knob.
Basically, it's the same difference as the old Pike 409 Vs Pike 426...
