Hey,
What settings are everyone running for their RC2 dampers on Lyriks/Yaris?
Just installed some in my spare Lyrik chassis, and looking for some base settings.
I'm like 75-80kg riding weight, and the fork is set to 160mm.
Cheers!

I posted the same thing a few weeks ago and got various advice on settings which I tried but non seem to suit how I wanted the fork to feel so I just ended up doing a few runs fully open.... Then fully closed.... Then in the middle, that gave me a feel for how the forks felt and I just tweeked it until I got what I wanted. All in all it took about 2 hours in total. Here's where I ended up at. I'm 90kg kitted up.
97psi = 27%sag
1 token
HSC middle
LSC 11 clk from open
Rebound 12 clk from open.
Cheers!
Just had a look at your thread too 🙂
im 80 kgs kitted up with a 160mm 2019 lyrik rc2
1 token
80psi
11 lsc from open
0 hsc ( think this setting was made less aggressive in later models so 0 on mine is like 2 clicks on current version)
cant remember rebound of the top of my head , i think its 8-10 clicks from open
It also depends on what travel you are running. On a 180 Lyrik I run
HSC 0
LSC 2
REB 7
77 PSI
I’m 82kg and like an active fork. Will probably up the LSC 2-3 clicks
170mm Lyrik RC2 (pre-Ultimate)
HSC fully open
Two clicks of LSC
About four clicks from fast on rebound
One token
Low 70s PSI, IIRC
Around 80-82kg kitted up
Interestingly, I hadn't added the 3ml of 0w30 into the upper air spring tube. Popping some in feels like it's made a significant difference to stichion. That seal head has the majority of the frictional force on the air spring, but still surprised how different the fork feels.
Mine is definitely due a lowers service - and I'm gonna change to the C1 air shaft as well after being recommended that it significantly improves the small bump performance as well as holding the bike up a bit better.
100Kgs
160mm Lyrik RCT3
70psi - 30% sag
3 tokens.
2 clicks LSC.
Rebound to suit, pretty quick.
They're so easy to work on, I do a lower service twice a years, full strip down regrease / charger bleed every year.

I'm a nerd, and do a lowers service maybe once a month, or once every two months if I'm not riding regularly!
Just FYI all advice is to measure damping adjuster clicks from fully closed. This will be produce same results from fork to fork. Because of small small variations in part sizes in can be possible that some dampers will have more clicks to 'fully open' stop than others.
And the most closed 'stop' on the adjuster is position 1, not position 0 like some might call it.
