Hi all, I'm trying to stop bottoming out my Monarch R on my Process 134 so frequently, can tokens be added to this shock? As I understand it, they can only be added to the debonair can or the high volume air can? Cheers.

just pack in extra grease/ fluid?

Cheers. Can I just unscrew the can and put normal bike grease (can't remember the brand, bright red though) onto the shaft inside, or is there more to it than that? Any recommendations as to how much? I guess based on the volume a token takes up, not a lot is needed?
