Just acquired a SH frame and in the middle of building it up, but have noticed the RS Monarch (think it's an RT3 off hand) is incredibly hard to compress and rebounds extremely slowly regardless of the the different settings and pressures I try (the platform switch does seem to work)
Anyone got any ideas? (It may well be normal, but I don't remember it with my fox rear show previously)
