It's only 5mm.. Should they be bang on 180mm or is this acceptable?

Yes, I have had it drop to 170mm previously, these have just come back from a service including replacement piston n seals in the 2 step.

It's only 5mm, but I was wondering if anyone would accept or not accept this?

Don't all lyriks have 5mm negative travel, to stop top out based clunking?

Yep, negative air shortens the fork so it sits in its travel.

Sweet! 😀

Got 2 sets of these, both have the same problem with the 2 step screwing up after a few days of hard riding in the Alps or a few weeks in the UK. They generally need repairing twice a year, want the new Fox Talas 36 180/140mm... But I cannot find them anywhere.
