I want to learn to service my suspension myself and my fork & shock are both needing the 50hr service.
If I buy a MegNeg upgrade does it come with everything needed for the 50hr service as well? Looks like it comes with grease, oil & seals and I think the 50hr is basically taking it apart far enough to refit the meg neg can when I put it back together?

I added mine in place of a 50hr service. I don’t remember for sure, but I think it comes with most of the seals/rings but not all of them, and I reused the missing ones without any issue.
I have a feeling it has most of the 50hour service stuff, minus the white plastic rings that go on the piston. Might be worth ringing j-tech tuning or tf tuned to check and order the correct things. I did it a number of years ago and have forgotten the detail but pretty sure those white glide rings were worth replacing.
