the offending travel adjust knob, tried levering it off with a screw driver but it doesn't want to shift.

The damper is brand new - i have put 193mm of oil in - have i cocked up?

well i took the 10ml out and i'm getting full travel now, not sure what has changed in the fork to change the oil volume so couldn't tell you. i just let all the air out and compressed to see how much travel i was getting

how do i get to the c clip? cant see how i can strip it anymore

Same volume for 160mm, 170mm or 180mm travel Lyrik RC2L/RC2DH. Just depends on what year.
