So had my Lyriks in for service in Local shop and was running 85 psi-25-30% sag
Now I’m having to go 100 psi to get 25-30 psi
Only thing that’s changed in forks is debonair upgrade to air shaft
I’m 75ish Kg and the fork diagram is saying for 100psi on forks is for 95kg rider
Seems a big change
Is there something I’m missing

Debonair air shaft is the difference there - you’ll have a bigger negative airspring which pushes the fork into its initial travel easier. I’m sure when I did that to my Yari it needed more air pressure to achieve the same sag.

100 psi is too much. I run 80 on my Lyriks and I’m only a bit lighter than you. Different air spring doesn’t make 20 psi difference.

Is your shock pump pressure gauge working ok? Have you tried a different pump?

dump all the air out and pump up in 10-15psi increments and push forks through the travel each increment

Did they add any tokens?

Doesn’t sound right at all. Either your shock pump gauge isn’t working, or your weighing scales are lying! I’m 80kg, and got the Debonair shaft and if I put 100psi in I don’t think they’d move!

I'm 100Kgs on a good day and I'm running 80psi (2018 Lyrik RTC3 160mm with 3 tokens) for 30% sag.

Transfer port could be blocked if the bike shop has got carried away with the grease. Sounds like you have excess pressure in the negative.

Deflate the fork and cycle the fork up and down to bleed the pressure out of the negative chamber, then re-inflate, cycling the fork to balance the chambers.

Most likely trapped air in the lower legs, Cycling up and down will take a long time, due to the amount of air.
Do the old zip tie trick of putting one down between the fork stanchion and dust wiper seal, you'll hear air escape. excess air gets trapped in there when the lowers are put back on after a service, pretty much everytime I've serviced lyriks/pikes I've needed to do this.
I normally only have to do it once then they'll be fine until the next service.

Having checked but he said there was one token in my forks but recommended two
I thought my shock pump was fine,Dial works but might be shagged
Waiting to get a spare to check the air pressure on different pump

What travel are you running?

FYI, I'm 90kg and have the following in my Lyriks:
105psi @ 140mm
110psi @ 130mm
90psi @ 170mm

so.. i'm about 165lbs 75kg and am running 95psi on a 2019 160mm Lyrik to achieve 20% sag, or just over.

i recently serviced the lowers but it hasnt made any difference. ive been less than impressed with Rockshox of late as i had to wait 3 months for a replacement shock on the same bike as it was knocking badly.

this 'excessive' pressure doesn't seem to affect handling and for what its worth i'm running 1 token.

i should probably add also that i used to run about 85psi then one day i had to run 95psi!

the solution for me was to buy a gravel bike then i have at least one option where i dont have to concern myself with suspension not working properly.
