Give Fisher Outdoor a shout, if they can't get you one they should be able to put you in touch with someone that can.

Otherwise shipping from the US is pretty quick.

How about a standard metric socket cap and a small plastic p-clip from eBay?

I'm pretty sure i've got one of those at home somewhere from a set of rebas which I stripped the thread on.

If I can find it i'll chuck it in the post to you - drop me a mail in my profile to remind me, i'm home tomorrow night so might forget by then!

That would be super Nick, no idea if they are different per modal or year. Obviously would reimburse you. Email sent.

If not, you can get a fancy, expensive version here: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/north-shore-billet-rock-shox-cable-guide/rp-prod60787.

I use the A2Z brake hose adapter / holder on my bikes. Pretty cheap, easy to fit, and does the job nicely i.e. hold the cable off the forks for zero cable rub.

Available from lots of places but here's a pic:

Thanks, I don't understand how that fits. Is there a screw behind it?

It uses a thick "rubber band" - a bit like an O ring.

Take a look at

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=a2z+cable+holder&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=7xH9U-zFO8OP7AbM7YDwDA&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAg&biw=1085&bih=654#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=vDmfwPzf7CQyAM%253A%3BIwED_GgaA8pKLM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fimg17.allegroimg.pl%252Fphotos%252Foryginal%252F37%252F70%252F75%252F04%252F3770750439%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fallegro.pl%252Fa2z-cable-holder-gripper-uchwyt-na-przewod-2-szt-i3770750439.html%3B413%3B648

You get a little metal thingy that helps to stretch the O ring round the fork. A nice touch is that the holder is larger than the cable to the cable can pass up and down freely as the fork compresses.

Run them on all of my bikes.
