Are the 150 and 160 forks the same but with different air shaft, fork markings wise ? I want a 150 but wondering if a 160 will do and change the air shaft ?

All the info you need is on page 7 / 8 for debonair upgrade which covers most of the newest forks.

Likely can just change the air shaft.

Guessing Lyrik or Yari, so yes 160 can be switched down to 150 no problem.

I appreciate I can change the air shaft, but wondered whether there was a thing with sag makings ie. forks go 130/140 150/160 170/180, just makes setting up easier.

My (as purchased) 2020 150mm Lyriks have sag markers for 160mm also if that helps.

Yes, they’re all the same. My Pikes were 130mm with 130/140 sag markings but nowadays I’ve got them fitted with a 150mm air shaft.

Just ignore the sag markings.

It would have helped if Id posted the link to the PDF!

I wouldn't worry about the sag markers.

“ I wouldn’t worry about the sag markers.”

They can still be useful though - the 25% sag line at 140mm is in the exact same position as where 30% sag would be at 150mm, and the 20% @ 140mm and 25% @ 150mm lines are only 0.5mm apart.
