I understand the 10 and 20mm length but I seem to have clip on and slide on ones which have no cut out side. Do they both do the same thing and interchangeable?

clip on ones sound like fox spacers, all the RS ones I've ever seen have been solid and have to slide them on.

Nope my old Rebas came with clip on, new RS come with slide on.. got some sitting next to me on desk 🙂 better say which fork and year you have, they are different diameter also.

Well I put a slide on 20mm, seems to be working.
