Hi,
I have a pair of 2014 RockShox Pike RCT3 Solo Air 26" forks. They are
currently set at 150mm travel, but I would like to have them increased to 160mm.
Has anyone on here had this done? Is it a difficult job and how expensive were the parts required to do it?
Cheers.
I asked this the other week. Apparently it is a matter of buying a new 'air shaft' at a cost of around £30. Changing it is not said to be difficult.
Air shaft is an easy change, parts are £35
Do it, I love my 160s
OK great, that it exactly what I wanted to hear. Thanks guys!
Add an air token or two while you're at it (4 max) 😉
I tried my 150s with and without a token, and to be honest didn't notice a vast difference - run without
