The new shock from RS is pro rider only available. A cunning ploy to make it super desirable?

Either that, or it's too hard to tune or too maintenance intensive to allow joe public to ruin.
Surely can't be any worse than fox servicing!
It's marketing, Sherry. Quite smart marketing, too.
If you're Pro you'll have a suspension deal so will either not pay or pay cost for your shocks anyway.
As for the tech in the new shocks, I can't see that they've done anything ground breaking.
It's marketing, Sherry. Quite [s]smart[/s] hand-shandy marketing, too.
FYP
😆
They've just put up on FB that 'it's just too good to keep just for the pros'
😐 The Marketing people at rs need some lessons in strategies 🙄
The masses will bite, don't you worry about that.
Not so sure, the comments on recent RS posts seem less than favourable.
Still they'll be fitted oe on loads of frames so rs will shift the numbers regardless

Made me smile 8)
Haha, didn't get stw in a flurry, an although better class of keyboard warriors obviously 😉
Well, you can't fit a vivid on rigid singlespeed? Beard hairs get stuck in the coil.
the comments on the pb article about this are less than favourable. To say the least 😉
You're all bitter because you don't have the skills to deserve such a fantastic product. It's obviously fantastic because it's only available to Pros. I'm seriously wanting to get one of these because it may turn my skills up a level and add in a careful tune up for my slight weight, I can become a pro and finally get out of this terrible office job.
