Is it possible to reduce the travel mine are 160mm looking to reduce to 140mm is it possible.

Scrub that, dual postions of each wheel size can be specced in 160 or 150mm travel only by swapping lower air shaft.
You maybe able to use a shorter length one from the smaller wheelsize/s (if you have 27.5" or 29" DP Pikes, however I've not tried this and Rockshox don't spec it.
I thought air shafts were interchangeable between pikes regardless of wheel size so one air shaft would fit 26", 27.5 & 29" pikes and the travel would vary for example i swapped my 160mm DP 27.5 air shaft to a 160mm DP 26" air shaft thus dropping my 27.5 dp pikes to 150mm but equally the same shaft would have dropped 29" pikes to 140mm...the shafts come etched with the travel for the 3 different wheel sizes

Air Shaft PIKE Dual Position Air 160mm travel 26”/150mm travel 27.5” (can be used to change travel to 160mm on 26”/150mm on 27.5”)

As I said, different combinations may work, but are not recommended by Rockshox
I guess 120mm is the lowest Pike will go so Dual position at 150 should drop to 120mm, althought Turner have specced some solo Pikes at 110mm, so maybe I could get 140 to 110mm max with some Loco tuning 😀
