can you, and if so how, do you lock a monarch rear shock out.

Which model? It can certainly be retuned to suit you and the bike better, if it's on the assist bike you posted pick of the other day it'd be good to know the weight of that to factor into the tune as it'll be a fair bit extra of unsprung mass

My Monarch+ doesn't lock out, it has 3 levels of compression damping slow, medium and fast. I normally ride around with it in medium and then stick it in slow to firm up the suspension when going up a big hill.

No RS Monarch shocks have a lock out (or at least none of the current models, but I don't think any of the previous year's models did either).

Different models do have different compression damping adjustments available however.

sussed it now, it dont have lockout like glenh say's.

Loco, it is on the loan bike. when my bike lands i will be in touch to get it tuned. thanks.
