Serviced my rock shox tora 302s for the first time recently.
Put in specified amount of oil, screwed everything back together.
Now when locked-out, the forks are stiff but 'give' if you put enough weight on them. Before on lock-out, they were solid.
I know some people will say that they are designed to 'give' even when locked-out, but they were definitely stiffer before. Normal travel is as it was, but smoother.
Question is...what have I done wrong / what can I do to make them more like before on lock-out ? Add more oil ?

It usually means oil has moved or there's not enough in there.
