Hi, hopefully someone can advise on below.

I’m looking to self service an older set of Reba dual air forks that are on my sons bike. I’ve used the trailhead section on Rockshox site with the serial no (49T10027621) and it advises as a full service kit 11.4015.494.000

However when going to order through bike inn the part no is 11.4015.320.000 (Reba)

I think as far as google tells me the first part number is for SID.

I’m confused as I already have the bike inn Reba kit but rockshox advise the different part no.

Any help is appreciated!

Sonnyjim.

In typical fashion, I'm going to not answer your question, but...

If you have some calipers, it's easy enough to pop it apart and measure the size of the o-rings, then buy them for a fraction of the cost. I seem to remember there was a huge thread over on MTBR where people had documented all the sizes too.

Appreciated Spicer, but I already have the kit 11.4015.320.000 that I bought last year (maybe from bike inn, I can’t remember) and I’m hoping it is compatible.

Forks are 2010 (I think).

F’sake, just noticed the auto correct in the title. 😂

Can’t seem to change it now!

Are the forks working properly and just need a refresh or is there an issue? I have a couple of pairs of rockshox forks and simply change the oil annually. Never changed any seals or o rings. The work fine still

They are working, not as well as could be I suspect. I’m afraid they’ve been used and abused for the last 5 years on the lads bike which is used constantly. They need topped up with air quite often (+ and - side) and sound squishy.
I had bought what I thought was the right kit to service any way, my question is really the compatibility of what I have to hand.

if you need to top up air then it does sound like you need to replace some seals
