Dear STW,,,
I have two bikes , each have a set of Pikes. Â One in '18, the other '17. Â So as I now know the '18 is 180 and needs an H adaptor from hope ...
The '17 is 160 , so the std adaptors I have work...
Brake are V4 and V2s
But in both cases, it is as though the hope calliper can not go inboard (towards the wheel) enough. Â So I get wheel rub in the pads.
I fitted some old syntace disc spacers ( from the old days) ... and the discs are now absolutely fine and running free ...
Is this a common problem ?
Both wheels are boost BTW.
hope make disk shims for this i believe
I run V4s on Pro4s with '18 Pikes no worries, no messing about required.
Just bought some Hope shims ...
Just seems odd to have to!
Not come across any issues with those forks and brakes, possibly hub related?
