I have tripple 105 shifters I want to use to run a double chainset and have both a triple front mech and double.

I'm having trouble getting it to work with the double front mech, am I best using the triple.

Also where should the ghost shift (for not using 3 front chainrings) be?

Ta in advance 🙂

If you are only using two of three clicks then make the first one of the big lever (up the chainset) redundant. This way you can't mistakenly try to shift the lever a third time and push against the front mech limit screws which can damage the lever. Best to have a slack cable which the first click takes up.
