Could anybody tell me please if this is actually sign posted on the ground or is it a case of following a gpx file. Interested mostly in the 50 mile loop. Thanks.

Thanks - seen that but can't see unless I'm being blind that it says if it's waymarked I.e. As in signs similar to national cycle route signs or those brown tourist signs for leisure drives kind of things.
