Hi folks. I'm in the process of switching to di2 and a bit bamboozled by all the wires needed and looking for some help!
I'm running a dura ace rim break setup and using DA 9150 shifters, DA 9150 FD and a ultegra 8050 GS RD. I'll be puting the battery in the seat mast.

Any help would be appreciated

thanks

You'll need 6 wires...

LH shifter to Junction box A
RH shifter to junction box A
Junction box A to Junction box B
Junction box b to battery
Junction box b to front mech
Junction box b to rear mech

If you use a garmin gps I'd recommend going for the wireless box too. It's by no means essential but the integration is great - especially if your garmin has a touch screen and you ride in the rain.

Edit - also suggest you use the bettershifting.com site when you're setting it all up as it's (obviously) quite different to mechanical shifting and stuff like limit screws work differently.

TBH I’ve previously put the battery in the down tube wrapped in foam on mine.
(As advised by 3T exploro build vid)

I’ve also put them previously in the bottom of seat post but have heard of people slicing the wires whilst messing about whilst reassembling on bicycle holidays and I had more hassle with it.

I’ve also used the mtb display instead of the front junction which I found nicer as it has the Bluetooth and you can see battery levels etc.

Also used the xt rear as I was 1x and wanted a clutch to help the chain.
