So I’m looking on eBay and there seems to be a big difference in price on road tubeless rimtape.
23mm is what I need
Should I pay £18 over the £8 one and why?

You'll want the 25mm if your rims are 23mm internal.
Or maybe the 22mm if you were already adding a couple of mm.

I bought some waterproof tape cheap and it worked fine. However, its not something you change often so spending a bit more is no biggy
