Oh the collective I ask for you to share your knowledge! I am off to Pembrokeshire with the wife and in-laws and will be taking the road bike. The brother in law will be joining me. So does anyone have any routes or suggestions for a 20-30 mile loop starting/ending in St Davids. Extra point for a mid route cafe stop!

Head out to the Preselis for a loop(worth driving over if 25/30 is your distance). Newport is good for cafe (lou lous op the spar). If you're heading along the coast towards Fishguard there is a great place to eat at Porthgain - The Shed. The Ocean centre next to the port in Fishguard has an excellent selection of cake...
