Hi

I have a pair of Hope Pro 2 hubs 32h (non Evo) gathering dust in the shed.

Any reason not to use them in a road disc wheelset?

They will be replacing a set of Cannondale Maddox RD 3.0 wheels.

Thinking...

Kinlin 22 rims.

DT Swiss Competition spokes.

Brass Nipples

Any advice, spec recommendations appreciated.

Cheers

No reason at all as long as they fit the frame. I'm assuming road disk hubs are 135mm rather than 130mm.

No reason other than they're not the lightest. I was in the same position - only didn't use them as they were the wrong color (I know...)

Can't be run 11speed without some faff but other than that it's my plan.

Solutions to the 11s problem involve either machining down the cassette or the freehub (or shimano's hg800 cassette fits but is only available as 11-32).
