[Closed] Road cycling in Alsace?

After a very enjoyable week in the Pyrenees, the old bloke committee is already thinking about next year and Alsace has been suggested. Extensive Googling only seems to turn up organised cycle path type holidays from big companies. What we want is what we have had in the alps, Pyrenees and Spain e.g.a dedicated road bike base with all included, accommodation , food, transfers and possibly bike hire. Anybody any suggestions like this for Alsace?
We used to self cater, hire cars etc but we just can't be arsed these days.
