There's a book about cycling road craft that folk on here often refer to; could someone enlighten me as to the title?

I do a lot of cycling on the road and despite being rather timid and placid in normal life (wouldn't say boo to a goose sort of person) I'm coming to realise that I'm a right impatient, grumpy old git on the bike and it could just get me into trouble. I think that the aforementioned book might be worth reading

Bits I've read are excellent. Less about hard rules more about being dynamic and assessing the situation. I think i hear it it is based on police motorcycle training.
