I've got a set of Shimano BL-R400 on my Genesis flyer. However, my medium sized hands are struggling to reach the levers when I'm in the drops. I can find shims for STI shift levers. But nothing that will fit standard brake levers.
Is there anything out there? Alternatively does anyone have a picture of a suitable DIY shim?
Many thanks
Don't have any pictures but I glued some cork inside some cane creek ones for the wife a while ago.
About 2-3mm on the inside plastic bit of the hood.
You can also buy little sticky backed rubber thingies for under tv's lamps etc to stop them scratching tables that would probally do the same thing
