My missus is struggling to grasps the brake levers properly when on the drops. I know Shimano make 4 & 8 degree spacers but are there any larger one out there? Spesh make some buy they do not fit Sora brakes.

I don't know what size they are, but I've used the Shimano lever spacers on my Sora levers and you can piggyback them.
I used all of the ones that came with the bike on mine and I can't remember exactly, but 4 and 8 degree rings a bell....so, presumably I have 12 degrees of adjustment.

I think Shimano warn against using any more spacers than that as you might not have enough lever travel for effective braking.

Have you tried adjusting lever position on the bars and/or the shape of the bar itself?
