Ive got these Shimano ultegra brake blocks:

Do these inserts fit?

Wasnt sure as there appear to be 2 type of Ultegra brake blocks?

The kool stop ones will fit fine and I'd recommend the salmon ones over shimano.

cheers, I was gonna go for red/salmon purely for aesthetic reasons!!

Yes, it's a generic fit.
Undo allen screw, slide out and replace. Screw fits into the groove to locl the pad in place. Note, pads are directional.

Cheers, now ordered, pads on my commuter are mush!!
