Hi All

Road bike newbie here. Wonder if anyone can shed some light on this problem, decided to change the casette, chain and derailleur on my road bike. Have done this before on my MTBs, with no issues. I can't seem to get the derailleur to travel to the full extent of the casette. See pic.

With the limit screw all the way out, it still wont travel to the smallest cog. The jockey wheels also look to be at a strange angle i.e not very parallel to the cassette. When turning the crank, the chain seems to be fighting against the jockey wheels, wanting to pull away from them.

Any help appreciated.

Bent (twisted) gear hanger for sure, poss gear cable tension too high.

Ah, of course. Just removed the hanger, is indeed partially twisted. Thanks for your help. Cheers 😀
