looking to try some road bars on my pomino instead of the midge bars.

i know nothing about road bars. i quite like the ritchey comps on my boardman.

how do i measure the bars i have. how do you size them. etc.

any advice.

width is measured centre to centre at the end of the drops I think.

you might need a new stem as it's an O/S bar fromt he look of it. oh, and bar tape and maybe longer brake cables and outers. I assume you have road levers on the marys?

definately a new stem; it's an mtb one and the bolts have rusted out!

hadn't thought about cables...
