Specialist job or not? Does the frame need to be stripped before the job is carried out? Fancy sticking a couple in aluminium frame I have.
If it's a specialist job, any suggestions in Kent?

Not a specialist job if you have the rivnut gun to fit your rivnuts with?
No need to strip the frame the rivnut will still tighten up. Hole size is key though dont go too big or the rivnuts will spin and drilling them out is a pain (as they spin).
