Really love the paint scheme of the ritchey p560b frame, and I am thinking I would like to fit drop bars and run it more as a monstercross frame. My thought is if I stick in 700c disk wheels then it would be alright on the road. The top tube looks short compared to most mtb so Im thinking it wouldnt be too hard to set it up with a short stem and drop bars and just get it in a smaller size to make sure the reach is right. Set up with a non suspension adjusted rigid fork should steepen the head-tube angle to make it have slightly faster handling.
Are there any major issues with this build that I havent anticipated, or am I letting the paintwork effect my thinking?!
