I have a relatively low front end on my bike. The forks also have a relatively short steerer tube. I have fitted riser handle bars but my back could do with a higher front end. Save from ridiculous handlebars or an excessively high extension, new forks or a new bike- Are there any short (50mm or less) stems that have a high rise 10, 15 or 20mm? 35mm diameter handlebars.

There's a place in Plymouth that can replace steerer tubes, RSF Suspension. Don't know how much though
DMR do a short low stack stem with some rise. The low stack means you can pop another spacer under it.
+1 for that DMR Defy stem, has the rise and low stack that will give you flexibility
