Research is showing that size is an issue. Any recommendations please?

Thanks. 🙂

Royal mail / parcelforce will post almost anything up to the size of a bike. MTB handlebars tend to be over the dimensions required for the cheapest options but you could also look at Hermes perhaps?

Thanks for replying. Too long for Parcelforce, same for myHermes. Pretty sure I've read on here about this conundrum.

If you can find a tube that fits them it should go as a medium parcel.

Who do CRC/Wiggle use for parcels? They must take them otherwise they wouldn't sell very many.

You can post them via Parcel Force no problem. Are you sure you aren't trying to get quotes for say 800cm bars instead of 800mm bars?

Hermes take up to 1.2m in a medium parcel.

the maximum length for a myhermes 'medium' parcel is 1.2m.. which is about £4 including £20 insurance..

you should easily be able to package bars into something shorter than that..

parcelforce will take bike frames.. so size wont be an issue with them either.. though i suspect the price is the stumbling block there.. itll be £10+ to post bars with them at a guess..

stick the dimensions of the parcel into parcel2go.com there are a few companies that youll be able to use.. 🙂
