The person in question has my money but appears to now be invisible, won't answer emails.

It has been 2 weeks now and has put me right off buying things off here.

Help!

put a call out for them here
often mates will tell them they're being sought

May not be a rip-off, things happen

how long have you been waiting? hours? days? weeks? months?

Is the seller not answering phone? emails? both?

Health problems? family problems? communication problems?

no naming, no helping.

on that basis, sit and wait quietly.

I'm guessing it was a saddle or a tyre? 😉

just publish the facts and ask for an explanation. don't slag them off, just show your concerns and keep to the facts.

Ive been waiting a month on tires from dave_h the guys on retrobike - mods seem to know him and assume me they will turn up.

No responce from him - ive also had emails from other stw users with concerns about deals with him on a similar time scale !

Just to close this off - sorry, have been stupid busy over the last few weeks with work so have had precious little time for anything remotely resembling a personal life. Firing up the computer during the small amount of time I've been at home would be the final step to guaranteeing a divorce. 😉

Anyway, your tyres were posted a couple of weeks ago so you should have had them by now. If they're still not with you, drop me an email and I'll sort out a refund and put a claim in with the Post Office.
