I'm thinking of building a pair of wheels for my CAADX instead of buying an off-the-shelf pair as I just can't find what I want for the price I want.
I'm thinking Novatec 771/772 or similar hubs, but what rims?
Criteria are: Tubeless, Disc specific, probably 32H rear 28H front, reasonably light but robust enough to be a fit & forget item for both road and bridlepath / canal towpath type offroad duties. I'm 6'1" and 95KG so they need to be fairly robust.
Something like the rim Hunt fit to the 4 Season Gravel disc?
Also where to buy them from - eBay ?
I'm a big fan of WTB Frequency Team i19 or the CX Team i19
Shame CRC are out of 32's

Stans Grail.
I have the DT Swiss RR511db, slightly aero and decently strong. I'm running tubeless on Bonty AW2 28's
H Plus Son Hydra.
I weigh a lot more than you and mine are standing up to the abuse I dole out to them.
Any idea re the rims that Hunt and the Cosine wheels use - effectively unbranded I think but used on lots of commercially available wheels?
The Pacenti Forza is a great rim that does everything you've asked for.
