I'm after a lightweight(ish) rim that'll run a 2.4" tyre. What're my options? I've got a rigid fork so want to get a little bit of cushioning at he front end.

Stan's flow, Id say - but depends on the tyre. 2.4 rubber queens don't go with Flows, the rims are too narrow.
