Give or take they're all very similar - don't believe any of the hype about carbon forks - some are [b]very slighly[/b] more forgiving that steel/alu ones (normal xc ones at least, some trials steel forks really are noticeably harsher) but it really isn't anything like having suspension. They look nice and they're usually lighter - that's all (I'm a carbon fork user)

as a comparison, I'd suggest that the difference between carbon forks and steel ones is like the difference between foam grips and normal rubber ones (foams ones are just a tiny bit squishier)

The Pace RC31s do exhibit some flexing under repeated impacts....

the trigon forks so far have been the best i have used.
i find them to be nicer than the "tube legged" sort that tend to be the norm .
