I am going to be in the Tamworth area for a weekend, anybody suggest any good rides within a 50 mile radius ?

There's sod all round Tamworth. I have lived there all my life and it's a hole as far as trails go. Hopwas is ok but nothing to keep you going for hours. Cannock is the closest. Ftd is ok but nothing more than an hour. Off piste there is a couple of hours worth at the very least. Combine the two for a good day. The downhill site is worth a play as well.
