Will be staying in Seahouses and then St Abbs next week, and hoping to get a couple of days riding in. Plan to make a trip to Glentress (or maybe another of the 7 stanes centres) one day, but wondered what other trails are nearby (dont mind driving a bit) ?
Ive seen the North sea cycle route which would be ideal as i'll be riding on my own so easy scenic riding would suit. Can i pick this route up easy enough?

What sort of stuff do you want? If the weather's good then some of the bike routes from Alwinton, Wooler into the cheviots are awesome in a "good honest hard work" sort of way.

Near Seahouses there is no trail centres but it doesn't take too long to get into the Cheviots from there, either Alwinton, Rothbury or Ingram are easily accessible.
