Yesterday afternoon. I arrived to ride the trails and saw a fast response car and an emergency ambulance in the car park. I rode the anticlockwise trail and there was a guy being tended.to at the side of the track. He was wrapped up in a stretcher with oxygen on and appeared unconscious.
Does anybody know this chap and how he is?
Whoever it is I wish them a fast and complete recovery.
It was guy on the Rivington MTB group, he has posted he is still in hospital but nothing to serious. Over egged a jump he is saying.
Yea I saw what he posted as well Phil. He is a member of the Clayton vale group and is new to the joys of mtb. He seems ok and said it hasn't put him off but he has to have an op on his elbow.
