i fractured my ribs a couple of times ten or so years ago by having a OTB on to a log and then I did the other side by riding into a tree. Â Since then they or the stuff holding them together appear to be relatively weak and subject to popping / tearing (they went yesterday when I leaned over a fence). Â Is there anything I can do or take to strengthen the area or speed up the mend? Â For once I don't think the answer is core strength.
