Just receieved the dispatch e-mail from Ribble for some bibshorts - I chose standard delivery. Any idea what courier they use, and how long it takes? Would be useful if I could be in, to avoid visiting the depot...

Just recieved some XT brakes from Ribble, had Email yesterday saying they had been dispatched, arrived next day (today) via royal mail. I used their standard delivery.
Sending back now as front and rear brakes both have a left hand lever????

Used em once for a sizeable order, took a week from placing order to dispatch, delivery took 3 days and it arrived with 2 items wrong and another that didn't match their description and I was basically told tough or just send it all back...never again
Their prices are very keen for some stuff, so I do keep going back..... but IME their entire order/dispatch/return operation is an entirely hit and miss affair.
Spot on since they moved their premisies..
Placed my first order with them last night so will see....they are much cheaper than competitors (though the site was quite annoying as you had to click through items to find they are out of stock)
I'm also a bit hacked off with CRC downgrading there postage service so fishing for a new retailer of choice...
