So then, I've noticed that my Team Rev's seem to have about 4mm of free movement between full extension and the damping in the air side offering resistance. Not long had a lowers service and yeah the stantions are showing a little wear but pretty sure its not that.

Any ideas or is it a "send off to get sorted" ?

Probably lost a bit of oil in the damper, I wouldn't do anything yet but a full service on the damper should solve it . Assuming you get the oil level bang on of course !

Damper being the right leg, Mmmm that could be a good shout as it does it when locked out too and I changed the oil in there a few weeks back. Might give it a top up even though it was measured with a syringe.

A couple of ml can cause your problem and thats easy to loose / get wrong . I'd drop a bit more in and see if it fixes the problem, take it easy though as too much oil will cost you travel

Well its not that. The play is there even with the moco removed and you can see it looking down the inside of the damper leg at h internal bits.

Anyone else (loco?)

Turn the bike upside down for 10 minutes. Try rocking it again. If its gone, you need a bit more oil in the lowers.

Could be worn bushings too if that's the answer.

The oil takes up the space in between the stanchion and the bushing, so could be worn.

EDIT: Missed the detail of the post. This won't be your problem. Email LoCo.
