Spotted this on another forum, Giant Revolt 2 for £600 at Rutland Cycles.
Had a good look at these last year, was impressed at full price.
In all honesty, the looks and the colour put me off eventually, but it's a bargain for the money.
Great spec, takes 2' tyres, rack & guards if you want.
I actually quite like the look of it. Wonder if there's any frame only bargains anywhere...
They're actually pretty good. I know some folk don't like the looks, and they're hardly lightweight but they ride really well and are nicely specced/put together.

I don't think Giant do frame only at that price range.
I think I'd rather pay £650 for a Boardman CX Team, using BC discount and 10% off vouchers, at the moment.
Not a bad price for a Giant, though, shame it lacks proper hydraulics.
That's one of the reasons I was drawn to it, tbh.
It's a simple bike, despite it's modern looks.
Sora is about as good as it gets for an off the shelf tourer, it works really well and you can lower it cheaply.
Same with the Spyres, I honestly wouldn't want hydros on a bike like this.
I'm happy with the bike I chose, but this was a serious contender.
I could have lived with the frame design tbh, but I just couldn't bring myself to buy a grey bike.
They did a really nice green, but not with this spec.
I like that Boardman btw, looks like fun.
🙂
Nearly bought one of those on C2W but ended up going for the Escapade.
I have the same Sora kit on that, it works brilliantly.
Blue for £750 (with Tiagra)

Much nicer, innit?
