I have a new 31.6 / 380 and an old 30.9 / 420. After striping the 30.9 it looks like I can swap the aluminium lower outer tube off the 30.9 and put it on the 31.6, so I have a nice new reverb which fits.

Is this within the realms off possibility?

The new keys might be exactly the right size but cant see what else wont work.

The internet used to say that you could send your post away for a tube swap so I guess so.

What's 31.6mm in French then??

Spoke to one of Locos colleagues, he thinks the IFP will need resetting as the oil level is different between the lengths.
