Sent my Reverb to Fishers (through my bike shop) for warranty. How long should I expect it to be away for? Courier tracking says it was delivered to Fishers on the 20th of Feb.

I've sent two back - the first one was replaced with new by Fishers (via Merlin) last March and took about 3 weeks to be delivered back to the shop
The second was dropped into the Merlin, who sent back to Fishers and was serviced and lower circlip replaced under warranty. This only took a week and Merlin even posted the Reverb back to me at their cost, saving me from picking it up.
