I've got about 10mm of 'squish' when I sit on my seat.It goes back to full height when I get back off without me pressing the button.
I've looked at the online guides for a full service but wondered what exactly causes this and is it possible to fix without doing a full service and changing the oil.

cheers

Mine did that and within a week all the oil had leaked out.
Replaced under warranty.

It's a common fault. Warranty job if less than 2 years old. They usually just replace it.

Your post damping is 'gapped'- air & oil mixing - a service will sort it out. Simples. 🙂
