Not that I know of.
I'd be surprised these days if anyone does it in house. It's actually quite a time consuming and fiddly job. Not hard by any stretch of the imagination but quite involved. I speak from experience here, we bought the tools and service kits and can't justify what we'd have to charge the customer to make it worthwhile.
The SRAM tech guys do a very good job for not that much money 🙂
